   • Lack of faster and accurate Near real-time Analytics

   • Need for more intuitive and modern visualizations.

To reduce costs and improve data visualizations:

   • Performed BI & Data Assessment of existing infrastructure along with Total Cost to Ownership (TCO) Analysis

   • Shared learning outcomes and recommended migration from MicroStrategy to Power BI Embedded and Azure Synapse.

   • Used Rip and Replace approach for migration.
